Repair and maintenance of the second generation Opel Vectra B, produced from 1995 to 2002 with an automatic or manual transmission. This repair manual describes the powertrains most common on this generation of vehicle.

There are repair manuals for gasoline four-cylinder in-line engines with one or two camshafts of the following volumes: 1.6 liters (X16SZR, SOHC, 75 hp), 1.6 liters (X16XEL, DOHC, 100 hp), 1.8 liters (X18XE, DOHC, 115 hp) and 2.0 liters (X20XEV, DOHC, 136 hp). Diesel engines are described with a volume of 1.7 liters (SOHC, 82 hp), as well as two 2.0-liter engines (X20DTL, DOHC, 82 hp) and (X20DTH, DOHC, 101 hp).
