Removal and installation

Engine 1.7 l

1. Inside the vehicle, unscrew the clips and remove the lower panel on the driver's side.

2. Remove the accelerator cable from the top of the accelerator pedal.

3. Unscrew the nuts and remove the pedal assembly from the engine compartment bulkhead.

4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Engine 2.0 l

1. In the vehicle interior, unscrew the trim clips securing the lower part of the instrument panel.



2. Remove the lower instrument panel trim on the driver's side to access the accelerator pedal.

3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the accelerator pedal position sensor.

4. Unscrew the nuts and remove the accelerator pedal assembly.

5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
