Removal
1. The oil level sensor is located on the rear of the oil pan.
2. To access the sensor, lift the front of the vehicle and secure it on stands. Remove the engine splash guard.
3. Drain the engine oil into a clean container and install the oil drain plug, tightening it to the specified torque.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the sensor.
5. On engines with a stamped steel sump, unscrew the mounting bolts and remove the sensor together with the gasket.
6. On engines with a cast aluminum oil pan, unscrew the sensor.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Removal
1. The oil level sensor is located inside the oil pan, which must first be removed.
2. After removing the pan, disconnect the electrical connector from the sensor.
3. Remove the screws and remove the sensor from the oil pan.
Installation
Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. In this case, a means preventing the bolts from unscrewing must be applied to the threads of the sensor mounting bolts.
