Removal
Petrol engines
1. The sensor is screwed into the rear oil pump housing, which is located on the front of the engine. Raise the front of the car and secure it on stands. Remove the engine splash guard.
2. Remove the electrical connector from the sensor, unscrew the sensor and remove it along with the sealing ring.
Diesel engines
1. On 1.7L engines, the oil pressure sensor is screwed into the left end of the cylinder head.

2. On 2.0L engines, the oil pressure sensor is screwed into the rear end of the cylinder head. To access the sensor, raise the front of the car and secure it on stands. Remove the engine splash guard. The sensor is accessible from the bottom of the engine compartment.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector and unscrew the sensor.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
