Ignition unit — removal and installation (Opel Vectra B)

Ignition unit for 1.8 and 2.0 l engines

1. High voltage wires

2. Electrical connector

3. Block mounting screws

Removal

1. Remove the ground cable from the battery.

2. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the high-voltage wires from the ignition unit.

3. Unscrew the screws and remove the ignition unit from the cylinder head.

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
