The DIS ignition control unit is located on the flywheel side of the cylinder head. It contains two twin ignition coils and an ignition signal generator.
1. Disconnect the electrical wiring from the DIS ignition control unit.
2. Remove the three bolts securing the DIS ignition control unit to the camshaft bed.

3. Install the DIS ignition control unit onto the camshaft bed and tighten the unit fasteners with force 8 Nm.
4. Connect the electrical wiring to the DIS ignition control unit.
