Airbag control unit — removal and installation (Opel Vectra A)

Warning: Please see warnings at the beginning before proceeding Chapters 55.

Removal

1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.

2. Remove the rear center console section as described in Section 11.

3. Disconnect the control unit wiring connector, then unscrew the three nuts and remove the unit from the vehicle (see illustration).

Installation

4. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
