Extraneous noise in the neutral position of the gearbox:
- Worn input shaft bearing (noise is heard when the clutch pedal is released);
- Worn clutch release bearing.
Noise when only one gear is engaged:
- gear teeth worn or damaged in one gear.
Difficulty shifting gears
- clutch damage;
- Worn or damaged shift rods;
- gearshift levers are incorrectly adjusted;
- worn synchronizers.
Knocking out gears:
- Worn or damaged shift rod;
- gearshift levers are incorrectly adjusted;
- worn synchronizers;
- gear shift forks are worn out.
Vibration:
- low oil level;
- bearing wear.
Oil leaks:
- wear of differential sealing rings;
- wear of the input shaft seal.
