1. Pressure control valves are screwed into the master cylinder, one valve for each diagonally divided hydraulic circuit.
2. The purpose of these valves is to limit the pressure on the rear wheels during heavy braking to prevent the rear wheels from locking up.
3. Adjustment of such a valve is impossible, and if you suspect that the valve is faulty, it must be replaced. The valve operating pressure can be checked by your dealer using special equipment.
4. Contact Section 15 for details on how to remove and install valves.
5. If you are replacing one valve, make sure it has the same pressure reference number as the other valve.
