Grinding of valve seats and valves (Opel Kadett E)

When reusing valves, grind the valve chamfers and seats using special equipment, observing the dimensions specified in subsection "Design and technical characteristics".

Grind the valves to the seats and check the tightness of their fit.

After grinding and lapping the valves, thoroughly clean the cylinder head.

Note: Inlet valves are aluminized and cannot be ground. Exhaust valves may be ground no more than twice.
