Repair of valve guide bushings (Opel Kadett E)

Check the clearance between the valve guides and stems using a bore gauge and micrometer.

If necessary, ream the holes in the valve guide bushings to the repair size selected in accordance with the obtained test results and the requirements of the subsection "Design and technical characteristics".

After this operation, remove the marks of the hole diameter in the guide bushings, knocked out near the holes for the spark plugs.
