Removal
Unscrew the 4 nuts, remove the 4 bolts and remove the front suspension beam from the chassis.

Mark the relative positions of the front propeller shaft flange and the drive flange on the transfer case.

Loosen the nuts, remove the bolts and disconnect the front propeller shaft flange from the transfer case.

Using a special tool KM-468-C, hold the drive flange from turning, unscrew the nut and remove the flange from the transfer case.

Use a screwdriver to lever the oil seal out of the transfer case housing, being careful not to damage the oil seal seat.
Installation
Lubricate the working lips of the new oil seal with transmission oil.
Using the special tool KM-780, install a new front seal on the output shaft of the transfer case.

Using a special device KM-468-C, hold the drive flange from turning, screw on and tighten the flange mounting nut to a torque of 137 N·m, then pin the nut in two places.
Align the previously applied marks and connect the front propeller shaft flange to the transfer case and secure them with bolts and nuts, tightening them to a torque of 63 N·m.

Install the front suspension beam to the chassis and secure with 4 bolts and nuts, tightening them to a torque of 82 N·m.

Check the transmission fluid level in the transfer case.
