Fill the reservoir with fresh brake fluid to the top.
Tighten the tank cap and seal the vent hole with adhesive tape. This will prevent spillage of liquid during work.
Raise the vehicle and turn the steering wheel so that the brake caliper is out.
Disconnect the brake hose from the brake pipe.
Disconnect the brake pipe from the brake hose. Remove the o-rings of the hollow bolt.
Loosen the nut and remove the brake hose
Connect the brake hose to the caliper and secure with a hollow bolt with new sealing rings to a torque of 40 Nm.
Attention! Only brake hoses approved by Opel may be installed.
Replace bracket nut.
Connect brake hose to pipe and tighten to 16 Nm.
Check with unloaded wheel (the car is raised), whether the hose interferes with all wheel angles.
Attention! Do not allow brake hoses to come into contact with oil or kerosene, do not paint or coat them with body anticorrosive.
Remove the adhesive tape from the brake fluid reservoir vent.
Remove air from the brake system.
Lower the car.
