Remove toothed belt as above.
Remove the cylinder head cover and the parts installed on it.
Block the camshafts one by one by putting a wrench on the hexagon on the flange of the hall, unscrew the bolts securing the camshaft pulleys and remove the pulleys.
Punch a hole in the stuffing box cage with a square-point punch, after inserting a piece of cardboard under the sealing lip of the stuffing box, so as not to damage the camshaft journal.
A self-tapping screw is screwed into the punched hole and the oil seal is pressed out by pulling the screwed self-tapping screw with tongs.
Clean the surface of the shaft journal, being careful not to scratch it.
Press a new oil seal onto the shaft using tool KM 422.
Install the camshaft pulleys with the pins and timing marks facing up.
Wrap and tighten the bolts for fastening the camshaft pulleys to a torque of 5.0 kgf·m, followed by a 60-75°turn, holding the shafts by the hexagon with a wrench
Install previously removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
Put the toothed belt on the pulleys and adjust its tension as indicated above.
