Drill out the brake pad mounting rivets with a drill of the appropriate diameter. Knock out the drilled out rivets from the brake shoe with a suitable punch.
Attention! Brake pads are sold in two sizes: normal size - 5 mm, enlarged - 5.6 mm. Enlarged pads are installed after boring the brake drums.
Thoroughly clean the contact surface of the brake pad. Do not apply any adhesives between the pad and the lining.
Rivet the brake lining to the shoe using the appropriate tool.
When riveting new pads, start from the middle.
Install the brake pads.
