Drill out the rivets holding the brake linings with a drill of the appropriate diameter. Drive the drilled rivets out of the brake shoe with a suitable punch.
Attention! Brake linings are sold in two sizes: normal size - 5 mm, enlarged - 5.6 mm. Oversized linings are installed after the brake drums are bored.
Thoroughly clean the contact surface of the brake pad. Do not apply any adhesive between the last and the lining.
Rive the brake lining to the block with a suitable tool.
When riveting new linings, start from the middle.
Install brake pads.
