Removing
Remove brake pads.
Remove the brake fluid reservoir cap.
Fill the reservoir with new brake fluid to the bottom of the hole.
Screw in the cover and close the ventilation hole with adhesive tape. This is necessary so that the brake fluid does not spill during subsequent work.
Disconnect the brake hose. Do not lose the O-ring of the hollow bolt!
Attention! Carefully observe cleanliness in the area of the hose and caliper!
Loosen and remove the outer protective caps with a screwdriver.
Unscrew the two bolts and remove the caliper from the brake disc.
Disconnect the brake hose from the caliper and close it with a suitable plug.
Installation
Install the caliper and tighten its mounting bolts (at the front caliper - a torque of 95 Nm, at the rear - a torque of 80 Nm).
Pull new protective caps onto the caliper until it stops. The caps must fit evenly on the caliper.
Connect the brake hose and tighten the banjo bolt to 40 Nm, inserting two new O-rings. Tighten the brake hose of the rear caliper with a torque of 11 Nm. Check caliper mounting.
Install brake pads.
