Front brake hose
The hose on one side is attached to the caliper with a hollow bolt (sealing washers are installed on both sides of the corner joint), and on the other hand it is attached to the square of the locking plate.
Removing
1. To remove, unscrew the union nut of the pipeline.
2. Close the open end to prevent dirt from getting inside.
3. Knock out the retaining plate of the hose and disconnect it.
4. Note the hose routing pattern and remove the hollow bolt from the brake caliper. Pay attention to the presence of a pin in the connection. When assembling, it must enter the caliper hole.
5. Knock out the second spring stopper and remove the hose.
Installation
Installation of a brake hose is carried out in sequence, return to removal.
1. Pay attention to the correct installation of the pin.
2. Tighten the hollow bolt to 35 Nm.
3. The union nut is tightened with a torque of 19 Nm.
4. Pay attention to the careful installation of spring hose clamps.
5. Do not twist the hose.
Rear brake hose
The rear brake hoses, like the front ones, are attached with spring clips to the corner. In addition, they have an additional bolt fastening at the junction. During assembly, the bolt is tightened with a torque of 13 Nm, the union nut with a torque of 16 Nm.
