Throttle valve of the injector system — regulation (Opel Ascona C)

1. Check that the throttle valve is closed (see figure 3.53 or 3.54).

2. Loosen the lock nut and the throttle stop screw until it does not touch the cam, then screw the screw back in until it just touches the cam. From this position, tighten the screw another 1/4 turn and secure it with the lock nut.

3. On models with a manual transmission, loosen the locknuts on the connecting rod and adjust its length by turning it so that the distance "X"
