2. Drive out the small pin that secures the choke control handle to the end of the cable. Unscrew and remove the handle.
3. Remove the retaining ring or nut securing the suction regulator to "torpedo". Push the regulator in and disconnect the warning light switch (if provided).
4. Remove the air cleaner.
5. Disconnect the outer and inner cables from the carburetor. On some carburetors, the inner cable is secured with a set screw, which will require an Allen wrench to remove (see photo).

6. Pull out the rubber bushing on the partition and remove the cable.
7. Install the cable in the reverse order. Adjust the position of the inner and outer cables (see section 11).
