2. Remove the mounting bracket and its rubber insulator from the case. If you are working on a power steering system, disconnect the banjo connectors and remove the fluid lines.
3. Remove the bellows clamps and pull the bellows out of the case. If you are replacing both bellows, the entire bellows/gland assembly can be removed from the housing.
4. Assembly is carried out in reverse order, but please pay attention to the following essential requirements.
5. The concave part of the flange with the hole for the mounting bracket bolt should face downwards after installing the steering control.
6. If you removed the gear cap, make sure that its recess matches the rib on the steering housing (Figure 8.6).

7. On models with power steering, install the banjo couplings using new sealing gaskets.
