Replacing the crankshaft guide bearing (Opel Frontera B)

Remove the gearbox (see the relevant chapter).

Remove the clutch housing with the pressure plate and the driven clutch disc (see the relevant chapter).

Use a puller to remove the guide bearing from the socket at the end of the crankshaft.



Using special tool KM-J-39206, install a new guide bearing into the crankshaft seat.

Install the clutch housing with the pressure plate and the driven clutch disc (see the relevant chapter).

Install the gearbox (see the relevant chapter).
