Removal
Loosen the rear wheel mounting nuts. Raise the rear of the vehicle and support it on stands.
Loosen the nuts and remove the rear wheel.
Remove the bolts (arrows) and remove the caliper assembly from the hub support.

Note: Without disconnecting the brake hose, use soft wire to secure the caliper to the rear suspension, being careful not to stretch or twist the brake hose.
Mark the relative position of the brake disc and hub and remove the brake disc from the hub.

Installation
In accordance with the previously applied marks, install the brake disc on the rear wheel hub.
Install the caliper assembly onto the rear wheel hub support and secure with two bolts, tightening them to a torque of 103 N·m.

Install the wheel and secure with nuts, tightening them to a torque of 118 Nm.
