Removal



Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal.

Remove the radiator grille (see the relevant chapter).

Remove the front bumper (see the relevant chapter).

Remove the screws and remove the mudguard from the front fender.

Remove the screws and remove the mudguard.

Remove the screws and remove the mudguard.


Remove the instrument panel and lower trim (see the relevant chapter).

Remove the headlight, turn signal and side repeater.

Remove the headlight, turn signal and side repeater.


Only when removing the right wing, remove the washer reservoir.

Remove the rubber bonnet support mounts in the closed position from the tabs (2).

Remove the rubber bonnet support mounts in the closed position from the tabs (2).


Unscrew 8 bolts (3) and remove the clamps (1) and tabs (2) securing the front wing.



Carefully remove the front fender from the vehicle.

Installation



Clean off any remaining old sealant from the body mating surface and apply a thick layer of fresh sealant.

Install the wing on the vehicle and temporarily secure it with bolts and clamps, making sure to install tabs under the bolts. By moving the wing, adjust its position and gaps around the perimeter of the wing. The gap (A) between the wing and the hood should be equal to 4.5±1.5 mm, and between the wing and the front door - 5.0±1.5 mm. The rear surface of the front wing must be flush with the surface of the front door with a tolerance ±1.5 mm.

Finally tighten the front wing mounting bolts to 6 Nm.

Place rubber bonnet support pads on the tongues to support the bonnet in the closed position.

Install the washer reservoir.

Install the headlight, turn signal and side turn signal (see the relevant chapter).

Install the instrument panel and lower trim (see the relevant chapter).

Install the mudguard liner under the front fender and secure with screws, tightening them to a torque of 3 Nm.



Install the radiator grille (see the relevant chapter).

Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
