Longitudinal guides on the roof (Opel Frontera B)

Removal

Remove the front and rear covers (1 and 3) from the roof rails.



Remove 4 bolts and remove the longitudinal guides (2) from the roof.

Installation

Install the longitudinal guides on the roof and secure with bolts. On the SWB model, tighten the front bolts to 21 N·m and the rear bolts to 8 N·m. On the LWB model, tighten the front and rear bolts to 21 N·m.

Install the front and rear covers onto the roof rails.
