Rear bumper (Opel Frontera B)

Removal

Loosen the bolts (3) and, pulling back, remove the rear bumper (1) from the vehicle.

Installation

Loosen the bumper guide mounting bolts.

While pushing, install the rear bumper onto the vehicle, making sure that the sides of the bumper are positioned on the guides (2), and tighten the bumper mounting bolts by hand.

Adjust the gap between the bumper and the lower edge of the tailgate.



Gap A: 16 mm.

Tighten the rear bumper mounting bolts to 120 Nm.

Tighten the rear bumper guide mounting bolts to 6 Nm.
