Removing
1. Disconnect the middle tie rod from the swing arm.
2. Disconnect the steering arm from the steering mechanism, and the pendulum arm from the bracket axis. For this, a two-jaw puller is used.
Installation
The steering arm and pendulum arm are installed as follows:
1. Slide the steering arm onto the segmented shaft. In this case, attention should be paid to the displacement of some splines of the connection.
2. Screw on the nut and tighten it to 220 Nm.
3. Put the steering arm on the axis of the bracket and tighten the fastening nut to a torque of 130 Nm.
4. Connect the middle link to the steering arm and pendulum arm.
Attention! Observe tightening torques! The steering arm nut is fastened with a torque of 110 Nm, the pendulum arm nut with a torque of 60 Nm.
5. Fasten both nuts.
6. Check wheel alignment as directed section 2.
