Removal
1. Disconnect the center steering rod from the swing arm.

2. Disconnect the steering arm from the steering gear and the pendulum arm from the bracket axle. For this purpose, a two-jaw puller is used.
Installation
The steering knuckle and pendulum arm are installed as follows:
1. Place the steering arm onto the segment shaft. In this case, you should pay attention to the displacement of some of the splines of the connection.
2. Screw on the nut and tighten it to a torque of 220 Nm.
3. Place the steering knuckle on the bracket axle and tighten the mounting nut to a torque of 130 Nm.
4. Connect the middle rod to the steering knuckle and the pendulum arm.
Attention! Observe tightening torques! The steering arm mounting nut is tightened with a torque of 110 Nm, the pendulum arm nut with a torque of 60 Nm.
5. Secure both nuts with cotter pins.
6. Check wheel alignment as per instructions section 2.
