Removal
1. To remove the exhaust manifold, you must remove the turbocharger.
2. Unscrew the three bolts 1 securing the heat shield (figure 4.54). Loosen the exhaust manifold mounting nuts and remove the exhaust manifold.

Installation
3. Install the exhaust manifold and tighten its mounting nuts to a torque of 27 Nm in the order shown in Figure 4.55.

4. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
