Removal and installation the oil pump (Opel Vivaro A)

Removal

1. Place the vehicle on a two-post lift.

2. Drain the engine oil.

3. Remove the pan, unscrew the oil pump mounting bolts and remove it.

Installation

4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

5. Tighten bolts 1-3 of the oil pump mounting to a torque of 25 Nm in the order shown in Figure 4.16. Tighten bolt 4 to a torque of 10 Nm. Install the pan.
