Removal
1. Place the vehicle on a two-post lift.
2. Remove the engine guard and the hydraulic power steering tube mount.
3. Drain the oil from the engine.
4. Remove the pan and remove any remaining gasket.
Installation
5. Apply RHODORSEAL 5661 sealant at points 1 (figure 4.14).

6. Install the pan with a new gasket.
7. Pre-tighten the oil pan mounting bolts to 5 Nm. Finally tighten the bolts to 9 Nm in the order shown in the figure 4.15.

8. Fill with engine oil.
