Clutch drive tube and hose (Opel Frontera B)

Removal

Disconnect the hose from the clutch slave cylinder (see the relevant chapter).

Remove the clamp securing the hose and tube connection to the bracket, then unscrew the connecting nut securing the tube to the hose. Remove the hose connecting the pipe and the clutch slave cylinder.



Loosen the connecting nut securing the tube to the clutch master cylinder, release it from the clamps and remove the tube (arrow) from the vehicle.

Installation

Install the clutch hydraulic line and secure it with a clamp. Connect the tube to the clutch master cylinder and secure it with the union nut, tightening it to a torque of 16-20 Nm.

Attach the clutch slave cylinder hose to the bracket and secure with a clamp. Connect the tube to the hose and secure with the union nut, tightening it to a torque of 27 Nm.
