Checking the tightness of the cooling system 3.2 l (6VD1-W) (Opel Frontera B)

Make sure the coolant level is between the MIN and MAX marks on the expansion tank.

Remove the radiator cap and connect a cooling system leak tester in its place.



Create a pressure of 2 bar (29 psi) in the cooling system.

Make sure that the pressure in the cooling system is maintained at 2 bar (29 psi) for at least 3 minutes.

Otherwise, locate the leak and repair it.

Remove the cooling system leak tester and install the radiator cap.
