Removal



Release the clamps and remove the upper fan shroud.

Unscrew 4 nuts and remove the radiator fan from the viscous coupling pulley.

Unscrew 4 nuts and remove the radiator fan from the viscous coupling pulley.


Remove 2 bolts and 2 nuts and remove the fan pulley assembly from the cylinder block.

Remove 2 bolts and 2 nuts and remove the fan pulley assembly from the cylinder block.


Installation



Install the fan pulley assembly onto the cylinder block and secure with bolts and nuts, tightening them to a torque of 24 N·m.

Warning: Make sure the yellow painted hole in the viscous coupling pulley is aligned with the blue colored stud.
