Exhaust manifold of the engine cooling system 3.2 l (Opel Frontera B)

Removal

Disconnect the air intake duct from the engine.

Remove the radiator (see the relevant chapter).



Disconnect the two connectors from the cooling system outlet manifold.

Loosen the clamps and disconnect the coolant supply hoses to the radiator and throttle body from the cooling system outlet manifold.

Loosen the clamps and disconnect the coolant return hose from the heater radiator from the cooling system outlet manifold.

Remove 4 bolts and remove the cooling system outlet manifold from the cylinder heads.

Installation

Install the cooling system outlet manifold with two new gaskets and secure with 4 bolts.

Connect the coolant return hose from the heater radiator to the cooling system outlet manifold.



Connect the coolant supply hoses to the radiator and throttle body from the cooling system outlet manifold.

Connect the two connectors to the cooling system outlet manifold.

Install the radiator (see the relevant chapter).

Connect the air intake duct to the engine.
