Checking the parking brake pads (Opel Frontera B)

Remove the rear brake caliper (see the relevant chapter).

Remove the brake disc (see the relevant chapter).

Measure the friction lining thickness of all parking brake shoes.



Minimum permissible thickness of friction linings of parking brake shoes: 1.0 mm

Replace brake pads if necessary.

Install the brake disc (see the relevant chapter).

Install the rear brake caliper (see the relevant chapter).
