2. Unscrew and remove the nuts from the drive spindles. Note the order in which the gaskets and washers are installed.

3. Open the hood and remove the water deflector (if installed) - see Figure 12.31.

4. Disconnect the multi-plug electrical wiring from the wiper motor (see photo 36.4).

5. Disconnect the motor ground wire.
6. Unscrew the motor mounting screws and remove the entire motor structure and the entire connecting parts from the car.
7. Disconnect the lever from the motor. When unscrewing the nut, count the number of turns using an open wrench, otherwise you may damage the teeth of the internal drive gear when reinstalling.
8. Disconnect the wiper motor from its support plate.
9. Reinstallation is carried out by performing the above steps in reverse order, do not forget to hold the upper part of the motor casing when tightening the lever nut.
