Rear windshield wiper motor (Opel Vectra B)

            0

The rear window wiper motor in Vectra models with a slanted rear section is activated via a multi-timer and relay K120 by pressing a switch.

At the same time, the intermittent mode of the rear wiper is activated. The intermittent mode is the same as the front wiper - it is controlled by a multi-timer depending on the speed. At the same time, the movement of the rear wiper is synchronized with the front wiper.

The rear wiper is controlled in the same way as traditional wipers: from terminal 53, current is supplied to the electric motor, terminal 53A serves to return the wiper to its original position.

When you press the switch, the water pump on the windshield washer fluid reservoir in the front engine compartment starts working, and after a while, water comes out of the sprayer at the back to wash the glass.
