Troubleshooting
Mirror adjustment: If the mirror does not move, check the corresponding fuse.
The following checks must be performed with the ignition on.
Carefully pry the decorative strip of the switch out of the cutout in the inner handle with a narrow screwdriver or a knife blade or, where necessary, remove the door trim, see the chapter on the body.
Check the switch according to the instructions in the "Checking the Switch" section in the text of the chapter above and according to the electrical diagram.
If the switch is OK, check the mirror adjustment motor.
To do this, remove the mirror glass and, after unscrewing the mounting screws, remove the servomotor from the mirror housing.
When the ignition is on and the switch is pressed, is there voltage at the contacts of the electric motor and is the connection to ground OK?
If yes, then the servo motor may still be faulty.
The external viewing mirror is temporarily installed by rotating it by hand.
If the mirror heating fails, check the corresponding fuse and the current supply from the switch through the relay to the mirror. The relay is located at the top of the fuse box.

Left: dismantled mirror glass (3). On the reverse side, the connector for the wire (arrows) of the mirror heating is inserted, and in the mirror housing (1) there is a servomotor (2).
Right: after the mirror adjustment switch has been removed from the inside door handle, it can be checked according to section "Checking the switch" in this chapter and according to the electrical diagram.
