Front Door Outside Handle — Removal and Installation (Opel Ascona C)

1. Remove the inner door trim panel as described in Section 12.

2. Disconnect and slide back the water-repellent plastic screen as necessary to gain access, then disconnect the control lever (1) from the door lock (see Figure 11.24).



3. Loosen the screws (2) and remove the handle from the door panel.

4. Reinstallation is carried out by performing the above steps in reverse order, do not forget to adjust the position of the control lever using the threaded fasteners, as shown in Figure 11.25. (see)
