Front door adjustment (Opel Insignia A)

1. Loosen the four bolts securing the front door hinges to the body.

2. Adjust the position of the front door (1) to obtain uniform gaps.

A. Gap between front door and front fender: 3.5mm ±1.0mm.
B. Gap between front and rear doors (top): 4.4mm ±1.0mm.
C. Gap between front and rear doors (bottom): 3.0mm ±1.0mm.
D. Gap between front door and outer sill panel: 3.6mm ±1.0mm.

3. Tighten the hinge mounting bolts to 25 Nm.
