Trunk lid (Opel Insignia A)

Replacement of the trunk lid



1. Remove the inner lining of the trunk lid.

2. Loosen the four bolts (1) securing the trunk lid.

Note: Tightening torque: 22 Nm.


Note: Tightening torque: 22 Nm.


3. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the trunk lid (2).

Note: If the trunk lid is to be replaced, transfer all necessary parts from the old lid to the new lid.


4. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

5. After installation, it is necessary to adjust the position of the trunk lid.
