Adjusting the trunk lid (Opel Insignia A)

1. Loosen the four bolts of the trunk lid hinges.

2. Adjust the position of the trunk lid (1) to obtain uniform gaps.

A. Gap between trunk lid and body panel: 3mm ±1mm.

A. Gap between trunk lid and body panel: 3mm ±1mm.
B. Gap between trunk lid and rear bumper trim: 3.7mm ±1mm.
C. Gap between trunk lid and signal lamp: 3.4mm ±1mm.



3. Tighten the bolts securing the trunk lid to the awnings to a torque of 22 Nm.
