Rear door adjustment (Opel Insignia A)

            0

1. Loosen the four bolts securing the rear door hinges to the body.

2. Adjust the position of the rear door (1) to obtain uniform gaps.

A. Gap between rear door and body panel (top): 3.3mm ±1.0mm.

A. Gap between rear door and body panel (top): 3.3mm ±1.0mm.
B. Gap between rear door and body panel (bottom): 2.7 mm ±1.0 mm.


3. Tighten the hinge mounting bolts to 25 Nm.
