Replacing the rear bumper beam (Opel Insignia A)

Sedan/hatchback

1. Remove the rear bumper trim.

2. Remove the rear bumper energy accumulator.

3. Unscrew the six nuts (1) of the rear bumper beam.

Note: Tightening torque: 45 Nm.

4. Remove the rear bumper beam (2).

5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Station wagon

1. Remove the rear bumper trim.

2. Remove the rear bumper energy accumulator.

3. Unscrew the six nuts (1) of the rear bumper beam.

Note: Tightening torque: 45 Nm.

4. Remove the rear bumper beam (2).

5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
