Door replacement (Opel Insignia A)

1. Disconnect the door electrical connector.

2. Support the door with a jack, then unscrew the bolt (1) of the front door limiter.

Note: Tightening torque: 22 Nm.

3. Loosen the bolt (2) securing the upper door hinge to the body.

Note: Tightening torque: 25 Nm.

4. Unscrew the two bolts (3) of the lower door hinge to the body.

Note: Tightening torque: 25 Nm.

5. With the help of an assistant, remove the door (4).

Note: If the door is to be replaced, transfer the necessary parts from the old door to the new door.

6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
