Front Fender Replacement (Opel Insignia A)

1. Remove the front bumper trim.

2. Remove the headlight.

3. Remove the front and rear parts of the front fender liner.

4. Remove the front side turn signal.

5. Remove the lower windshield pillar insulator.

6. Use a marker to mark the position of the front wing relative to the car body, then unscrew the seven bolts (1) securing the front wing.

Note: Tightening torque: 9 Nm.

7. Open the front door of the car and unscrew the bolt (2).

Note: Tightening torque: 9 Nm.

8. Carefully pull and remove the front wing (3).

Note: If the front fender is to be replaced, transfer all necessary parts from the old fender to the new fender.

9. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

10. After installation, adjust the position of the front wing.
