Adjusting the hood (Opel Insignia A)

1. Loosen the four hood hinge bolts.

2. Adjust the position of the hood (1) to obtain uniform gaps.

A. Gap between hood and front bumper trim: 3.5mm ±1mm.

A. Gap between hood and front bumper trim: 3.5mm ±1mm.
B. Gap between hood and front fender: 3mm ±1mm.
C. Gap between hood and A-pillar: 3.7mm ±1mm


3. Tighten the hood mounting bolts to the hinges to a torque of 22 Nm.
