Removal and installation rear door glass (Corsa model) (Opel Corsa B)

Removal

1. Remove the inner door trim with foil.

2. Remove the rear window trim.

3. Open the window completely.

4. Remove the sealing rubber from the window guide.

5. Unscrew the bolts securing the rear guide and pull it upwards out of the window shaft.

6. Tilt the door window forward and pull it out of the cable window slider with the guide (refer to fragment A).

7. Tilt the glass forward and remove it from the door (refer to fragment B). Fragment C of the illustration shows the position of the rear seal.

Installation

1. Tilt the window forward and install its door.

2. Insert the guide into the window regulator slider.

3. Install the glass guide and secure it with bolts. Press the rubber seal against the guide.

4. Open and close the window. The glass should move freely and evenly in the guides.

5. Glue the film. Glue or replace the torn film to prevent drafts in the car interior.

6. Install the door trim.
