Removal and installation rear door trim (sedan) (Opel Kadett D)

Removal

Roll the glass down.

Remove the socket (1) using a screwdriver, See Figure 8982.



Using the KM-317 tool, remove the window lifter handle (2). The tool is inserted between the window lifter handle and the trim. If you do not have the above-mentioned tool, you can press the clamps with a screwdriver.

Unscrew the inner handle (3).

In vehicles with special upholstery, remove button -X- and screw -Y-.



Press out the facing using a wooden or plastic wedge.

Berlina: Pull the cladding upwards.

Press down the spring of the window lifter handle pivot.

Installation

Note: The protective film must be carefully glued to the door opening, otherwise a draft will occur.

Install the spring for the window lift handle pin.

Press the trim to the door with your hand. Make sure that all the clips in the door trim are present.

Screw on the inner handle (3).

Install the window lift handle (2).

Install the socket (1).

In vehicles with special upholstery, install button -X- and screw -Y-.
