Closing the boot lid or tailgate with the central lock
When the boot lid or tailgate lock inlet is in the horizontal position, they can be locked synchronously by the central locking mechanism of the front doors together with the other doors and the fuel filler cap.
Closing: turn the key to the horizontal position.
If the boot lid or tailgate is locked, they can only be opened using the central lock from the front doors of the car.
Opening: Turn the key in the opposite direction, all the way to the right, to the vertical position. All doors, including the fuel filler cap, will open.
When the anti-burglary protection is enabled, only the trunk lid or tailgate will open.
The anti-burglary protection cannot be switched on or off from the trunk lid or tailgate lock.
