Camshaft pulley
Removal
1. Remove the timing belt.
2. Secure the camshaft from turning in one of the following ways: Use a special tool made from two steel strips with bolts at the ends that fit into the holes in the camshaft pulley.
3. Remove the cylinder head cover and secure the camshaft from turning using a wrench on the camshaft grooves.
4. Unscrew the camshaft pulley mounting bolt and remove the pulley.

Installation
1. Check the camshaft oil seal ring for wear or damage and replace if necessary.
2. Install the camshaft pulley, aligning the hole in the pulley (2) with the camshaft dowel pin (1).
3. Tighten the crankshaft pulley mounting bolt to the specified torque while holding the camshaft from turning.
4. Install the timing belt and cylinder head cover.
Crankshaft pulley
Removal
1. Remove the timing belt.
2. Remove the timing pulley from the crankshaft.
Installation
1. Check that the woodruff key is located in the crankshaft keyway.
2. Align the crankshaft pulley groove with the woodruff key and install the pulley onto the crankshaft.
3. Install the timing belt.
Tensioning mechanism
Removal
1. Remove the timing belt.
2. Remove the bolts and remove the tensioner assembly from the oil pump housing.
Installation
Install the toothed belt tensioner (1) onto the oil pump housing. The protrusion on the support plate must be correctly positioned in the hole in the oil pump housing (2). Tighten the toothed belt tensioner mounting bolts to the specified torque.
